Music has long been associated with mental and emotional health. There are a lot of psychological benefits to music and this project is a pertinent platform for raising mental health awareness in this modern era.

The objective is to raise awareness of mental health and the social stigma attached to mental ill health by hosting Musial Mental Health Awareness Concert during mental health week. The “Raising Your Voice Choir” comprising of Service-users, family members and Mental Health Staff who are linked to the Mental Health Services along with mental health Celebrity advocates will collaborate on this project culminating in an evening Concert of Music, Dance & Comedy. By getting involved, Service-users and family members and carers get to perform on the Helix iconic stage, network with a host of other people within the mental health service, feel less isolated and will share a similar sense of purpose with others around raising awareness and reducing the stigma attached to ill mental health.

Il mettra sa voix au service de cette cause 

La musique a longtemps été associée à la santé mentale et émotionnelle. La musique présente de nombreux avantages psychologiques et ce projet est une plate-forme pertinente pour sensibiliser à la santé mentale à l’ère moderne.

L’objectif est de sensibiliser à la santé mentale et à la stigmatisation sociale liée aux problèmes de santé mentale en organisant un concert de sensibilisation à la santé mentale au cours de la semaine de la santé mentale. La chorale «Raising Your Voice» comprenant des utilisateurs de services, des membres de la famille et du personnel de santé mentale liés aux services de santé mentale, ainsi que des défenseurs de la santé mentale, collaborera à ce projet et aboutira à une soirée de musique, danse et comédie. En s'impliquant, les utilisateurs du service, les membres de la famille et les aidants peuvent se produire sur la scène emblématique d'Helix, réseauter avec de nombreuses autres personnes au sein du service de santé mentale, se sentir moins isolés et partageront le même objectif avec les autres en matière de sensibilisation. et réduire la stigmatisation liée aux problèmes de santé mentale.
